Welcome to Cheerschat. Thank you for using our application. Cheerschat is a technological platform that allows users to connect via a local WiFi network to a virtual room in restaurants, bars, and other establishments, in order to socially interact with other people present at the same location.

By accessing and using the services provided by Cheerschat, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the application.

1. General Information
Cheerschat is a service developed by Civis Network S.A. de C.V.
Our goal is to facilitate social interaction in public spaces through the use of technology in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner.

2. Description of the Service
Cheerschat allows users to:

Connect to a virtual chat room through a local WiFi network available at participating establishments.

Interact anonymously or with a customized profile with other people present in the same physical location.

Access the service without needing to share personal information such as phone numbers or social media profiles.

The service is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older. We reserve the right to request age verification if necessary.

Users agree to use the Cheerschat services in accordance with applicable law and the following rules of conduct:
