All content, designs, texts, images, logos, trade names, source code, databases, interfaces, features, graphic elements, audiovisual materials, and other elements that make up the Cheerschat application (hereinafter, “the Application”) are the property of Civis Social Network S.A. de C.V., or are duly licensed to it, and are protected under national and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

1. Reserved Rights
All copyrights, registered trademarks, trade names, patents, industrial designs, trade secrets, and any other intellectual or industrial property rights associated with Cheerschat are protected in accordance with the Federal Copyright Law, the Industrial Property Law, and other applicable legal provisions in the United Mexican States.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, republishing, displaying, or exploiting any part of the Application, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Civis Social Network S.A. de C.V.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of the Application.

Using logos, names, or any distinctive signs owned by Cheerschat without express authorization.

2. Limited License of Use
Cheerschat grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Application on compatible devices, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Service.

This license does not constitute a transfer or assignment of any intellectual property rights over the Application or any associated content.

3. User-Generated Content
Content published by users within the platform (e.g., usernames, profile pictures, descriptions, chat messages) remains the property of the user. However, by sharing such content on the Application, the user grants Cheerschat a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, and limited license to use, store, display, and reproduce said content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

The user declares that they have the necessary rights over any content they share in the Application and shall be liable to third parties for any the Application and shall be responsible to third parties for any infringement of rights that may arise from such content.

Cheerschat reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these terms, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties, without prior notice.
